We Source and Inspect
Once you approve a search, we go to work. We bid at USS, TAA, JU and other major Japanese auctions, and source from verified dealers when needed.
Every car we shortlist comes with the original auction sheet. For every car we win or buy, we arrange a JEVIC pre-shipment inspection — the independent third-party check most destination countries require.
You see the auction sheet, JEVIC report, and full photos before any commitment.

You Approve and Pay
When we have a car you like, we send the final quote: vehicle FOB price, auction fees, JEVIC inspection, our sourcing fee, shipping, and marine insurance — itemized.
Pay by international wire transfer to our company account in Japan. We send a formal invoice with banking details.
Nothing ships until payment clears. After that, we book the vessel and the car heads to the export yard.

We Ship to Your Port
We book RoRo or container shipping based on what fits your car and budget. We send vessel name and bill of lading number so you can track in real time.
You receive WhatsApp updates at sailing, mid-voyage, and arrival. Originals of your documents are couriered to your clearing agent at the destination port.
If anything comes up at the port, we coordinate with you and your clearing agent until the car is in your hands.

At Destination
What Happens At Your Port
A quick overview. Specifics depend on your country.
When the vessel arrives at your port, your clearing agent presents the original Bill of Lading, commercial invoice, JEVIC certificate, and deregistration certificate to customs. We courier originals to your agent in advance so they are ready on arrival.
Customs assesses duties and taxes based on the CIF value plus your country's rates. Your clearing agent settles the bill, the car is released, and you take delivery.
We stay in touch on WhatsApp from arrival until the car is in your hands. If anything comes up, contact us — we have working relationships at most major ports we serve.
